How We Work

Driver Support Available 24/7. Our highly-trained and dedicated claims handlers are on call around-the-clock to assist your drivers with any issues that arise in your fleet. They can handle everything from initial reporting to vehicle recovery and vehicle replacement, repair management, cost reduction services, and a variety of options, all of which are coordinated from our Centre of excellence.

If the client is at fault and they have hit someone PRO-DRIVE will then be outbounding a call to the other party to capture the Non-fault side of the claim.

What is motor intervention? Intervention is an offer to a non-fault party to provide assistance with repairs and a replacement vehicle should it be required. This serves as an alternative to using their own insurance company. 

Why we offer motor intervention? We are keen to offer intervention services to all non-fault parties in order to keep costs to a minimum. With the average saving of over 50%, this provides a cost-effective solution.

If you were not at fault, the costs claimed from the at fault party. Your replacement vehicle will be like-for-like. 

If you were at fault, we have access to courtesy cars and a fleet of hire cars. Our hire car partners offer a discounted rate for hire vehicles as you will be a VIP member.

Our team can recover your vehicles and recoup the costs from the at fault insurance.

If you were at fault, we can get you a competitive quote or a set matrix of costs for regular users. 

In any case, it is imperative that you speak with Prodrive Aftercare prior to speaking with your insurance provider. Dealing with an accident through your insurance provider first is not the best course of action.
