Approved Repair Network
Ensuring the quality of vehicle repairs is paramount. The integrity and safety of the vehicle can be seriously compromised if the repair is not done to a recognised standard.
Our repair network is licensed and regulated by the quality assured British Standard BSI Kitemark BS10125 accreditation, as a minimum, guaranteeing the highest standards of repair have been applied to your vehicle.
With our own repair centres also holding official vehicle manufacturer approval status. Focused on quality, using only original manufacturer approved parts & paint.
Ongoing Mobility
Following an accident, Pro-Drive are able to provide a replacement vehicle that matches your needs, so you are never without a vehicle. We can supply a wide range of vehicles, including a full range of commercial vehicles.
For non-fault claims – we can provide a comparable replacement vehicle for you to use while yours is off the road, for the full duration of the claim. The costs claimed from the at fault party.
For fault claims - we have 40+ courtesy cars, plus access to a fleet of hire cars through our partners, who can offer a discounted rate for hire vehicles.
Claims Management
We employ a dedicated team of expert’s personal claims handlers that will be with you throughout. We handle all communications with your insurer and any third parties, including a 24/7 helpline.
We provide a seamless end to end service for people involved in a non-fault road traffic accident and protecting your no claims bonus. We remain in control of the whole process from start to finish and supply regular updates to you and your client.
We also have partners that can help with compensation for any injuries, and recovery of any out of pocket expenses or uninsured losses in result of the accident
